  • 2 evaporative condensers with a capacity of 2524 kW each
  • Chilled water system for dough preparation
  • Refrigeration systems for dough conditioning
  • Product freezing tunnels
  • External shell, high-ceiling frozen storage facility
  • Cold rooms for raw materials
  • Cooling of process areas
  • Centralized control and monitoring of the entire refrigeration system via SCADA system
