Privacy and Protection of Personal Data are among Frigo Mekanik's priorities. In this regard, Frigo Mekanik presents the following explanations to the attention of our valued customers, suppliers, and all relevant parties who use our website at www.frigomekanik.com in order to fulfill its obligation to inform arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (“Communiqué”).
This Clarification Text explains the collection, processing, sharing with third parties, storage, and security of your personal data, as well as your rights regarding these matters.
Frigo Mekanik collects and processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant legislation, primarily the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey. This Clarification Text has been prepared to demonstrate the importance Frigo Mekanik attaches to privacy and the protection of personal data. Your rights regarding privacy and personal data security are our priority.
By means of this Clarification Text, you declare that you have been informed regarding the processing of your personal data and that you consent to the use of your personal data in the manner specified herein.
